Egg white Omelet with Mushroom

The breakfast meal should be full of nutrition which gives you energy for full day.  With this it should take very little time to cook. This mouth-watering recipe takes only ten minutes to get ready. Usually people make omelet of the whole egg but here we use the white part of egg to make our omelet healthy and also mushroom will increase the taste and add on required nutrition. Mushrooms are a good source or iron plus they're low in calories, so no tension of gain weight.


2 tablespoons of olive oil

4 button of sliced mushrooms

2 chopped scallions

4 large egg whites

Salt and black pepper

1/4 cup of shredded cheese


Take a nonstick skillet and put it over medium heat. Put one tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped scallions and mushroom to cook. Leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook it until the veggies are cooked completely then remove from skillet.

Take a medium bowl; beat the four egg whites with 1/4 tablespoon of salt and pepper. Make a thick paste

 Pour on the skillet, heat with remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Spread the paste over the oil and make circle

Cook the egg white and it will take 2 to 3 minutes for it to set.

Spread the mixture of scallions and mushrooms and you can also add some more vegetables over the omelet and then fold it and serve.
